About Me

Who am I?

Hi, I'm Aeisha - a 22 year old girl based in the UK, starting my official journey into the mental health space.
 

Why I started YouthMindToolkit
As someone who has always had a passion for mental health, and wanting to build a space to showcase that on...I created what you all know now as YouthMindToolkit.

This idea had always in the back of my mind - not necessarily the name, but the the vision and the goal of what I wanted this project to look like, and communicate across.

I wanted to create something meaningful, something that could actually help people. 

I have so many goals of where I want this project to go...this is just the beginning - and I'm excited to grow something that truly makes a difference.
